We were introduced to Catherine through a mutual friend and ironically, Catherine is very familiar with the neighborhood that we have always wanted to be in. Catherine hit the ground running from Day 1 and never looked back. Within weeks, she was able to talk with the builder and also schedule a tour for our house which was currently under construction. With Catherine’s help, she was able to get our house up for sale and also get us under contract on our new home at the same time. As with most home purchases, we ran into problems with closing dates, construction delays and material shortages but Catherine, was able to walk us through them and she did her best to try and keep us all calm. At the end of the day, she sealed the deal and we will forever be thankful!Catherine is one of a kind. You can always count on her at anytime day or night to answer your questions and try to reassure you that it will all work out. She’s upfront and honest and truly enjoys her job.
